May Allah be al-haazim. Amin, Ya Rabbalajil Al-Nazim. Fa'a'uze Billahi min ash-shaytanir-radim. Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Bi'madadakum wa nazarakum seyidi ya Rasul-i Kerim. Ya Habib-ul-Azim. Alhamdulillahi Rabbil A'lamin wa salati wa salaam ashraf-i mursaleen. Sayyidina wa Mawlana Muhammad al-Mustafa s.a.w. Bi'madadakum wa nazarakum seyidi ya Rasul-i Kerim ya Habib-ul-Azim.
For the grace of Allah we are still in existence. That every moment is a Rahma from Allah and that our life is to be nothing. As much as this dunya wants to make us to be something by the influence of Shaitan, Allah's way and the way of our Rahman is to be nothing, a nuqh, to achieve that and to attempt to
achieve that so that we can witness the Divine in everything. Maqam al-Ihsan is to worship Allah as if you see Him and if you don't see Him know that he sees you and this is a state of moral excellence that tarikahs inspire people to achieve not just i came into islam and that's it but islam is merely the entry and to come into islam
and to reach to iman and from iman to enter into the oceans of Maqam al Ihsan. The holy month of Zulkidah insha'Allah opening tonight, tomorrow night depending upon where people are and one of the four holy months that opening. Zulkidah is a powerful month of lights. the immense realities of eleven and the door before the pilgrimage that this way of marifa and
not the way of common people but the way of these awliya in which they inspire their students to follow in that direction and its understanding and they start from Baba Tawbah and the power of nine. By the time they enter on to the 11th month and the reality of mirroring that the one is going to reflect upon the one. La ilaha illallah reflects upon Muhammadun Rasulullah
ﷺ from the ahad to wahid . There is nothing like La ilaha illallah . There is no partner, there is no shaykh form or likeness and the reality of La ilaha illallah is reflecting to Muhammadun Rasulullah ﷺ. From the Creator an unknown unseen essence dressing upon the reality of creation and the best of that reality in which every creation is brought from the light of Muhammadun Rasulullah
ﷺ. That reality of 11 is the reality of the mirror, the Divine mirror. That the kalimah is a way in which for us to reach that reality that by whom we love brings us into that ocean. You be with whom you love. These lovers of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ by virtue of their love they draw near to the reality of Prophet ﷺ. And as a result of that drawing near what is reflecting upon their
soul of the Muhammadan Lights and the light that comes from Prophet ﷺ is a reflection of what is being reflected upon Muhammadun Rasulullah ﷺ which is the oceans and power oceans of La ilaha illallah. Means this way of ma'rifah, this way of reaching towards realities is immensely powerful but requires guidance, that people are not understanding the reality,
not understanding how to achieve the realities. When the holy month of Zulkada opens it's also a month of seclusions. Seclusions are made in Zul Qada and in the holy month of Rajab means there must be immense realities. Ramadan is the month of annihilation to destroy all the badness of character and return the
servant like a nookht to be completely effaced, washed of all badness from the power of siyam and fasting. And then the ten and tenth month is once you became a nuqt Allah allows you to move into the presence of the One because this is the hijrah and the pilgrimage for hajj. But this is the real hajj, not the only imitated hajj where we take a ticket and we go and
make tawaf. But the reality behind that tawaf, the reality about receiving the lights from the Divinely Presence. Once they move from the tenth month into the holy month of Zil Qaeda it's the reality of the leaven in which to reflect and to enter into the oceans of that mirror in which La ilaha illallah is reflecting upon Muhammadun Rasulullah ﷺ.
And as a result the lovers of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ as they drew near with the duroo, their salawats, all their worshipness, all the practices, everything that Islam brought was to bring us to the nearness of Prophet ﷺ in which to be reflected upon from the reality of La Ilaha Illallah. Means this is the immense reality of you be with whom you love.
Our life is then to love the right people, the right reality as a result of only love will draw us into that ocean. Nothing from external practices, nothing. Nothing can draw to that reality. There's no ibadah that can be done to be given love, other than acts of love. There's no prayer that you do, there's no fasting that you do,
there's no actions that you do that grant you love, other than seeking a path of love. Ya Rabbi I'm intending to the oceans of muhabbat and to enter into the ocean of muhabbat and love for Prophet ﷺ. And that's what we said was the real faith that they hide now. When you ask people what is faith, they don't tell you the correct answer.
The Muhammadan faith of what Prophet ﷺ described, Ya Hz Umar ﷺ you have to love me more than you love yourself. And this is a reality of iman in which you have to love yourself, you have to love Prophet ﷺ more than we love ourselves. And the achievement of that is then following these Muhammadan realities, following the
haqqaiqs in which awliyaullah are coming into our lives to teach us, that by the love of Prophet ﷺ, following the sunnah of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and following the way of awliya and their teachings to enter into that love and to enter into that reality, to enter into that dress. That becomes the great achievement that Allah wants for us to achieve from the realities
of that ishq and that muhabbat. But Zulqidah is an opportunity in which to enter into that mirror. From the realities of Zulqidah and the power of nine because this is a path related on the way and the doorway of the nine which enters at tawbah and on the twelfth month is nine times twelve is the kawthar.
The month that opens now of 9 times 11 is Surat Al-Zalzaleh . So it means right before the Qawthar and the Hajj Allah has opened for guidance and the reality before the hujaj are entering is Surat Al-Zalzaleh . Why? Because that which is hidden within us must come out. It's not your physicality that's important to make the hajj.
That you go there for your physical entertainment and physical pleasures but then Allah is asking from us from the reality of Surat Al-Zalzalah that what the earth has hidden within her will come out by a series of shaking and crushing. And this is then the reality of expansion and contraction, that when the womb and pregnancy is contracting, contracting, expanding, contracting, expanding to bring out the reality of the child.
And the earth is in a continuous expansion and contraction, continuously crushing, continuously expanding and becomes the reality of Zalzalah that when a crushing comes something going to be opened. Not only will the Qur'an bring Zalzalah upon the earth on this month because everything is under the guidance of Holy Qur'an, nothing escapes the Qur'an because it's Allah's
Divinely speech that is controlling everything. As a result it becomes a month of immense amount of quaking, that's upon the horizon but what's within the servant is far more important and this is the internal quaking that what we have within us hidden must come out and that's the soul. Now for those whom are not taking their path or not reach that reality that they
They have to bring out their soul's ability, their soul's hearing, their soul's seeing, their soul's sense of touch, the soul's sense of taste and all their ibadah through the level of the soul. And that's what we said was Muqawm al-Ihissan , because the salah, zakah, the shahada, the zakat, everything, the hajj, everything should be at the level of Maqam al Ihsan,
not at the level of Islam. And that can only happen when the soul comes out and when the soul makes it shahada what happens? When you operate from your soul means you're actually witnessing what you're saying. I bear witness that there is no God but God and that Muhammad ﷺ is the Messenger of Allah .
Means they witness when they make their shahadah. The zakah is not of money and funds but the zakah is themselves, the sacrifice themselves because they are Tawthari people in which they, فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَوَنْهَرُ . They pray unto their Lord and their life is sacrifice. They sacrifice their time, their money, their ability, their efforts everything is a sacrifice
to complete and to fulfill their faith. As a result they are now in the way of the kawthari realities. It means their zakah is not just a normal zakah, their shahada is not imitated and a lying shahada . How do you have shahada when you don't see what you are bearing witness to? It's because it's imitated so there's nothing to be proud of.
It just we're imitating until we are reaching the reality of Maqam al-Ihsan. And then Haj al-Bayt means that with their soul their movement is to the house of Allah and the reality of the house of Allah which is not in a structure and is not in concrete. Because the reality is where Hajj al-bayt?
Qalbil Mu'min baytullah. So, why you go to Mecca is imitated. But at the level of the soul and Maqam al-Ihsan what happens? They realize that where Allah is going to be found, Allah is going to be found in the heart of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Means that their movement is towards the Soul of Prophet ﷺ.
This becomes immense in the reality. In their salah they're asking always to be behind Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and that the reality of their life and their nur is that they are from the ocean of Muhammadun Rasulullah ﷺ. And when they want to go back towards the reality of La ilaha illallah their soul must
enter into Muhammadun Rasulullah ﷺ. Physical people have no way of understanding what we just said because everything physical. Spiritual people it's very simple, there's an ocean of light, it's called Muhammadun Rasulullah ﷺ. within that ocean that soul is in perfect worshipness to La ilaha illa Allah because
La ilaha illa Allah means there's no likeness there's no direction there's nothing to describe other than that ocean is created to worship Allah there's no place where you find Allah say, hi we're here. But he will be found where? In the heart of his believer. Not only the physical heart of Prophet ﷺ but that is for dunya. But there must be a qalb
in an ocean of light and that's when we describe. What is qalb? Qaf, lam, ba. Why? Because it must be Ba'a ocean of power, Bahru Qudra, and it must be coming from the lamb and the tongue of Prophet ﷺ, and that where the Qur'an, where Qawf is emanating from. Because where is Qawf coming from? Where is Qur'an coming from? You say Manzir
Quran is the heart of Prophet ﷺ. From that ocean of light Allah is infinitely and eternally speaking and that's what it means to be qalb not only like… we understand qalb because this keeps us alive. The power of qalb in the world of light is a source of power for the entire created universe as if the whole universe is just one circle and this is the nucleus.
And from that nucleus in which there is no shaykh it speaks. From the heart of Prophet ﷺ, My will and my commands are flowing from where? From the heart of Prophet ﷺ. The command comes and who can then speak what the command was? Only Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Not an angel hears it, not a Prophet hears it and nobody sees it.
In Qur'an describes, it's not for the majesty of Allah that anyone can see Allah except that they hear by inspiration or they're veiled behind a parda. Why? Because they can't draw near to the station of Prophet ﷺ. The soul of Prophet ﷺ created to speak for the Divinely Presence. This is the great lisan al-Haqq , the tongue of truth.
As a result that reality is speaking for the Divinely Presence. That becomes the immense oceans of La ilaha illallah reflecting to Muhammadun Rasulullah ﷺ. You can never reach La ilaha illallah without entering the ocean of Muhammadun Rasulullah ﷺ. It's like saying from the outside of this atom I will reach Allah because Allah says
is there's nothing in creation there. If all of creation is a circle then the Divinely power emanating is the nucleus like we have just one atom. Forget about the billions and trillions of atoms in all of creation and you can reduce everything just to one atom. And in that atom is one nucleus and the power within that nucleus is the force that is
holding everything and when that nucleus wants to pull back its power he will collapse all of creation into non-existence. And La ilaha illallah remains as it has always been, La ilaha illallah, that nothing onto it, nothing likeness of it means this is the might and the majesty of the Divinely Presence. And when Allah wants, is a hidden treasure wanting to be known merely
sends the Qudra the energy and is known through Muhammadun Rasulullah ﷺ and every creation is manifesting from that light. Every soul is coming from that one ocean, every creature is coming from that one ocean. Every planet is coming from that one ocean and that's why the kalima and the ocean of tawheed in the way of ma'rifah is immense. Tawheed is not limited to this dunya
but the tawheed is that there is nothing but la ilaha illallah the infinite power and everything is manifesting through Muhammadun Rasulullah ﷺ. When Allah collapses it means the reality of Muhammadun Rasulullah ﷺ vanishes and all that's left is la ilaha illallah. Everything will collapse and all that will exist as it has always been. There is no likeness unto
Allah , there is no place and direction unto Allah , but merely for creation to understand is a power that comes and that power manifesting. This is the reality and the immense reality of a Divine mirror. When we're trying to reach to that understanding and reach to those lights it's what we call the way of marifa and Gnosticism, means how to know about the reality of my soul
and not only the practices of my physicality. The practices of the physicality are meant to to give you a discipline, it's not the goal, it was a means. Your physical practices is not you got a trophy for it, but it was a means in which to reach our spiritual reality. That through our tafakkur, through our prayers, through our zakat, through our service, through
our sacrifice, all of these would bring out the reality of the soul. and when the soul begins to operate like we described – means they give their shahada, now all the five pillars from the soul become something completely different. When they give the shahada from the level of the soul versus somebody from the level of Islam,
they give shahada, it's fake. They come for salah, it's imitated, they don't feel anything. When they give zakah they're trembling and they're hesitating to part from their dunya. Sa'um al-Ramadan they're just hungry. When is iftar let's have big buffet, find the biggest buffet in town we're going to
go and then hajj al-bayt. They're not really making hajj, they're going and say which, can we go first class and go with air conditioning and make sure there's food in our tent in Mina. That's a tourism. So these usool done through Islam is very kindergarten, it's not a big achievement. The knowledges of tariqah and haqeeqah are far different, far greater realities.
Means the one whom did their Islam then opened up the ocean of iman in which they have a love for Prophet ﷺ and they love Prophet ﷺ in that ocean and then awliya are teaching them through that love and muhabbat that to draw near lose yourself and the love of yourself. Love is a magnetism. What keeps you from immediately bonding to the magnet of Prophet ﷺ is you.
You're the one whom blocking the magnet from attaching. So what is then the way of marifa and the way of tariqahs was to teach people get rid of you. If I'm the problem the resolution to that problem is get rid of me and every night I have to meditate. that, how much of me and why is it me and me and me and me, then they're taught how to make
their tafakkur and their contemplation and begin to sacrifice yourself. It's not about you, it's about the ability Allah gave to you, it's about the time that Allah gave to you. It's everything that makes you is for Him ﷺ. Incorrect is to say it's for Allah because you're not there yet. You can jump over everybody and say, no my life for Allah,
your life for yourself, be true. But once you live your life of sacrifice in which I sacrifice my time, my ability, my efforts, everything that you can imagine about our lives we sacrifice it for the love of Allah and for the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. What happens then with that love? They begin to lose themselves, the importance of themselves, and as a result
they begin like a magnet drawing near. Because you can't force your mind to love Prophet ﷺ, love the tariqahs and the shaykhs. Only your heart can do that. When you prove that you got rid of yourself. That's why you're service, that's why you're khidmat. The tariqah is entirely built on Khitmat because time for yourself to eat potato chips and watch TV and say I'm going
to sacrifice that and I'm going to do my Khitmat , I'm going to share the articles, I'm going to read these knowledges, I'm going to do this, I'm going to go out give food, I'm going to go all of these things that they're teaching as a result قُلْ اِنَ الصَّلَاتِ وَحْنَسُوقِي وَحْمَا يَاهِيَ Is for Rabbil Alameen.
My life, my death, my property, my family, everything is for the Divine. And their whole life becomes that system of reality in which everything I have is for Allah's pleasure and satisfaction and awliya come to teach us within this becomes the way and the door to the love of Prophet ﷺ. As a result of that the losing of themselves, the losing of their self-importance, the losing
of what they want and as a result the eyeness vanishes and the ishq and muhabbat begins to appear and draw them near into the presence of Prophet ﷺ. As a result, the lights dressed them, blessed them and all these realities began to overtake them. The lights of Prophet ﷺ began to dress upon their soul. This becomes the importance of this way of Marifa because
Because before you can make the real Hajj, this way of Marifa is taking us towards the real Hajj in which the servant is opening up the realities of their soul. They meditate so that their Shahada can be real. They meditate so that their salah becomes real, that their zakah, the sacrifice of their
time, time that they would put upon themselves, they put upon reaching their reality and making Allah to be happy, to gain the love of Prophet ﷺ. And as a result they enter into Ramadan with their soul, they fast with all five senses. We said Ramadan for Tariqah is not just you eat at this time, you fast at this time but
ya Rabbi I want to be a muhsin , I want to be mukhlis , I want to reach Hudan al mutaqin, the guidance of the mutaqin in which all of their senses are purified. And Ramadan is an immense opportunity that Allah is going to grant them the reality of this siyam on all their senses. Why? Because they fast with their eyes, they fast with their ears,
they fast with their tongue, they fast with their breath, they fast from their touch. Everything is in a state of fasting through their soul. Then as soon as they come out, what are they preparing for on the 11th month is to be completely taken into the audience of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. And that's what it means to have zelzalah, means that every time they're making their
tafakkur and they're contemplating, Allah is reminding that your hidden reality must come out. If you're not training to bring it out then Allah is in need to crush you to bring it out. Two crushings. One, willful crushing. You sit and crush yourself so that the reality comes out, or wait for the grave.
And that's 70,000 times more difficult because everybody will have a zelzalah in the grave when they're hidden reality to come out. Many will not be pleased with the reality that comes out because they didn't try to pay attention to it. The way of contemplation and tafakkur is that every day, every day, every day
they're entering. They're doing their practices so that to understand what's hidden within me of badness must come out so that all the dirtiness you first clean you clean all the dirtiness So, that every time they make tafakkur after that event of cleaning they can identify where new dirtiness is trying to enter.
And Allah loves the mutahireen, those whom are purified. Not only those whom wash their feet because their feet were dirty, what Allah cares about your wudu of your body is not reaching to Allah your body it's going into the grave, When Allah is giving your in the dua of your wudu that Allah loves those who make wudu
and love the purified. Well, Allah cares for your physicality that you washed your body and you washed your body and Allah your body's about to rot when I throw it in the grave. But what is the beauty that Allah loves is that you cleaned your soul. you clean the vehicle and the vessel that trying to attach every dirtiness to the soul
and that they become mutahirin they become very purified very clean all the tafakkur is is to continuously be vigilant over their heart and soul that what trying to attach what type of desire what type of badness what type of character what type of arrogance is coming so that they can quickly get it clean it and wash it off of them.
As a result these people they have a body like a bird cage in which their tafakkur opens and the bird is released. The bird is not kept prisoner within them. The badness, bad character, all of those make the cage to be thick. Goodness, good character, good actions and tafakkur and muraqabah builds so that the
cage and the bars of the cage become weakened, and that Allah allows their soul like a little bird to fly out. And you train the bird to go and to be with whom you love because it's coming out from your heart. That's why all of this is a system. If you love the wrong people and then imagine trying to do tafakkur, your soul would go
out and keep trying to attach the wrong people and that's why they warn you, be careful Who you love because Prophet ﷺ say, you be with whom you love. You love a bunch of gangsters and you say, but no I'm pious. He says, no it can't be, your soul will be with those gangsters. But when you keep the company of those whom love Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, what happens?
that you're keeping the company of the ahiqeen which is in nebi'een siddtaqeen shuhadahi wa salihin these are the four corners of the holy kaaba and the reality of that that our life if we want to be with nebi'een then we have to be with siddtaqeen and if we want to be with siddtaqeen we have to find the shuhada whom? Who are shuhada, mushahada, they see. They're not blind,
how could you follow blind guide? And we gave the talk, who are the amma? Those whom are blind in dunya and even more blind in akhira. But no, their ahl al-basira means their hearts are open and as a result their associations are all saliheen the open-hearted the energy that comes they make the students dress them kukim to be like salihin because the guidance and the energies
and the lights that are coming out as a result they are dressed from these lights blessed from these lights. These are then the associations in our life to look for, be with them, be from them, be with them and as a result we be dressed by these lights and dressed by these blessings. This becomes the immensity of tafakkur and contemplation in which the eleventh month is
Who's going to dress us from the audience of Muhammadun Rasulullah ﷺ whom is in a continuous audience of La ilaha illallah. So that to be given the permission of the reality of hajj. The reality of hajj is that their soul, we said, is entering into the presence and the soul of Prophet ﷺ. If a permission is given for those whom love, when you love Prophet ﷺ more than you love
yourself, what do you accomplish with love? Your heart with love will enter into the heart of Prophet ﷺ because it doesn't go to his brain ﷺ. Where is it going to go when you put your love on your soul and that love enters the love of Prophet ﷺ where does it go? The soul moves into the heart of Sayyidina
Muhammad ﷺ. Becoming what? The reality of hajj, the reality of pilgrimage to the Lord of power because la ilaha illallah its power and qudra can only be found in the qalb of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, manzir Qur'an. That becomes the reality of Hajj. That becomes the reality of reaching to these lights and to these blessings. We pray that Allah grant us from these
lights and grant us from these blessings. Subhana rabbika rabbil yazzata amma yasifoon. Wa s-salamuna al-mursaleen wa hamdunillahi rabbil a-lamin. Bi hurmati Muhammad al-Mustafa, bi siri surat al-Fatiha. Shoha ya Rasulul Kereem. Ameen. He jumps in my water. Just kind of take my water. What do we get?
What do we have from our SMC family, Shaykh? As-salamu alaykum, dear Seyyidi. Wa alaykum as-salam wa rahmatullah. Sayyidi, when Allah azawajal speaks of all is perishing and all that will remain is the face of your Lord, the holy face, would that then relate to the talk tonight on the point of origin of the Ka'af?
What was that? Does the holy face that will remain, is that the point of origin from tonight's talk of the Ka'af? of the what? the cough who? did you come up with that? remember the criteria? ask what we talked about don't try to throw out things that we haven't talked about is that from the red shoes?
Let's keep it on the subject or the subject from last night and previous night just throwing out new things and just see if we'll open up something else. But let's see if you've got this one, inshaAllah. That's good. Hurmati Muhammad al-Mustafa wa siree Surat al-Fatiha.
Ameen. InshaAllah fa'audhu billahi bin shaitanil bismillahirrahmanirrahim. That somebody had asked a while ago that what was seeing. So to understand what is seeing even though we talk about it all the time but the nature of the nafs doesn't let people to hear. And that's the power of writing to burn through the tricks of the nafs that you can sit for
years hearing something and swear that you heard it and the nafs will whisper something else into your ear and you didn't hear it. And the power of writing and going back and reading because you wrote it you're burning into your kitab because not only you get to see what you wrote but everything that you have a action it gets written into the kitab
and it changes the reality of the kitab. When people want to start because openings coming and people are experiencing different openings and energies you have a soul and most your life you operate very fast through your physicality and life is moving fast because everything is physical and the only way to understand this like in
different analogies is you take a path from home to work every day you go so fast you've basically memorized the way you've gone. It's almost like it's auto, you're on autopilot. You leave the home, you get to your work, it's autopilot. One day you decide, I'm going to walk. You get lost. Nothing from what you walked is anything similar to how you were driving.
Because you can go so often and pass life so fast it's just automatically getting you there because you don't think you just turn here, turn here, turn here, turn here, go. What happens in life when you have to walk one day that path? every street where's this street I've never seen this street
I've never seen this sign what house is this where's this tree come from and you actually get lost because you walk none of these are familiar to me it appears to be a different street for you and your path to work is a different adventure you get lost many people when spiritual openings open they feel they're losing their mind
because you lived your life on autopilot but if all of a sudden Allah opened start to spiritually open for people then wait you have a soul it operates completely at different pace, not with the speed of the physicality. That's why Sayyidina Musa ﷺ he missed the fish. He was walking and he said, I'm waiting for a sign and then
I'm very hungry. What do we have for food? And then we gave the whole teaching of that. He missed where the sign was and then he said, I'm hungry and Yeshua the qulam said that, oh it was a ajeeb, I forgot to tell you. The fish we had it came to life and jumped in the water and that was the sign Sayyidina
Musa was looking for and then we talked about that and those realities. Life is going too fast. Tafakkur and contemplation means stop and contemplate. your day is going too fast you're missing all the signs you're missing every sign and this is shaitan counts on that and we described last night people don't even understand the signs
And we described last night, people don't even understand the signs of danger. occur to you if you slow down a little bit that when they say war in about two weeks you're not going to have any food here? If those trucks don't move and gas doesn't come to you and if there's no gas coming the gas at the pump is going to be ten dollars, the truck will be five hundred dollars
more and the food will be ten thousand dollars more. Everything changes but shaitan counts on And you moving so fast you won't see any of the signs. And people think when we say tafakhr, this is something on the side for Sufis. It's actually not permitted to teach until the end stages of students.
They were supposed to have completed all their tariqah trainings and at the end the Shaykh would sit down and teach tafakkur so it's the highest level but because we are in the last days there is no time. They gave permission to teach at the beginning to speed up the process. Why? Because you're going fast you're going off the road.
You don't know how fast you're going and the Sheikhs clearly see you're about to go off the road and we can't stop it we can only teach you're going off the road you're going off the road and then something comes. This way is you got to get out of the car and you have to walk. As a result of getting out everything is different like what is this.
some people may think they're losing their mind. Because now you see through eyes but what if you see through your soul at times where you feel your soul is looking at you because we have the ability to bring our soul out. If Allah allows that ability bring it out then the soul starts to look at things differently than you do and people not understanding what they're seeing
from their physical or what is now their mind trying to play with them the reality is you have to do your tafakkur and contemplation you set aside time throughout the day where you close the eyes why because it's like getting out of the car. When you get out of the car you have to meditate and say, what is my day?
What was my day? What are the events of the day? You breathe and contemplate. It was really supposed to be at each of your salah that in your tahiyyat, tahiyyat you come out and you're not supposed to leave. You were supposed to connect your heart and make your request and asking the Divine that,
Ya Rabbi what are my coordinates, what have I done right, what have I done wrong?' And all of these then become the reality of Islam. How was Islam practiced by Prophet ﷺ and the Holy Companions? This was the way. Prophet ﷺ was the master of tafakkur and even before revelation was continuously in
seclusion waiting for the revelations and permission to open. once we understood that our life was to get out now contemplate first level of contemplation is there's no seeing with your physical eyes and we've said it so many times and people say oh it can't be is this my mind going crazy and what is this I say look there's no seeing with your eyes
you think you're going to look and all of a sudden prophesism stuff will going to appear through your physical eyes just right there in front of you you know this is not these eyes are connected to a meat in a box where those eyes were going to go and see it connected with a vein to a big piece of meat like roast beef inside a box you're not gonna see anything if anything
you keep looking looking looking what's gonna happen. The roast beef can see jinn it may see something running across the room and that's not what you wanted to see that will scare you and start to see all the shaitans because the roast beef can can understand that. It look at all you know dunya that was not vision it had nothing to do with your eyes.
We call it vision, but it's through the soul. And this is the people whom their hearts are clean. Not the people whom their brain is active. Because if you're mentally crazy, your brain is making up all sorts of images and whatever you want because you're trying to see through here. So, the brain is imagining and making all sorts of whimsical things.
spiritual vision is that you recognize this is nothing through my physical eyes and you sit and you make your contemplation and you don't contemplate with your head up because your tendency to contemplate is then going to be what through your eyes you're going to close your eyes and keep trying to see through your eyes
as if I'm going to see through my closed eyelids It's something in the room but again you're going to see shadows running because this is a jinan, this is their world. You don't want to see that realm. So then tafakkur and contemplation and vision, the first levels of vision is what? You bend your head.
When you close your eyes you bend your head because this is not about the head. That's why la ilaha illallah, this is not about your head. nothing there is going to be. This is where shaitan resides. When they bend their head the cleanliness of their heart can begin to cast an image from their heart.
So you're a software box that Allah has made. In your software there is very basic programs unless major updates have come right you don't buy a computer and like every software ever made is there you get the basic operating software if you paid extra there's some additional software is there means that everybody has a basic package the basic package for anyone anyone sit to
meditate and contemplate what? They see Disneyland, they can see goats, they can see orangutan because it's all in the operating software. But now you say, no I want you to visualize Kaaba and Medina. They may not be in the basic plan for everybody but if they had an upgrade they say, yes, I can see it. So right now you bend your head a little bit, ask for the madad and support
of the shaykhs and that my shaykh to be always with me and that I want to see the Holy Ka'bah and cast an image right above you, that the Ka'bah is right in front of you. Don't think through your head. I want to see the door. It's not about seeing anything. When we say the Ka'bah is in front of you, immediately you're in the presence of the
holy Kaaba. You don't have to see more than that. You don't have to look for the detail and this is your nafs. You have to bend your head otherwise you're going through your eyeballs. So you bend the head slightly, so that I'm not trying to see through here because I'm going to bring from the power and the cleanliness of my heart and bring the image
up on a screen, the Kaaba is right there. Then I'm praying at the Kaaba and I make my salah, I make my tafakkur, I make my contemplation. That's all you have to know. More than that becomes nafsani, what's this, where's this, I want to see the handles. Oh this is your nafs. That's what Nabi Musa said, Ya Rabbi I want to see you, and then Allah was offended by
that. Why you want to see me? Means like that's a very egoistic thing to throw in the middle of your way of Marifa. Let Allah fine-tune the image for you because based on people's darajal you basically say, I'm nothing. I'm in front of the Holy Kaaba. Allah may all of a sudden make it like 3D where for that servant he wants to give something
but leave it for their side not your nafs side. So I'm nothing, I'm nothing, I'm in the presence of baytullah Ya Rab. If they want to make it more defined and 3D and bring you inside of it that's on heaven's side not my side. So that becomes now okay you must have gotten an update in your software because now you have that ability. Most people don't have that ability
because they get McDonald's, Disneyland, goats. Then you Alhamdulillah next time with your madad because through the connection to the shaykhs that I'm asking to connect to the shaykhs and I do my awraj, I do my zikr, I get my head is slightly bent, I want to see Rosa Sharif Medinatul Munawwarah. You see the beautiful vision of Medinatul Munawwarah and with my soul
Ya Rabbi, I'm asking to enter in and I enter in and I'm at Rauza Sharif, if you have not travelled to Medina to Munawur because if you travelled your soul is locked there, your soul cannot leave paradise. Any place of paradise your soul will be locked in that reality. This is a gift where Prophet ﷺ said, anywhere you go of paradise your soul will remain there.
Meaning what? that you have, your light has infinite ability to remain in infinite places. It's like a laser beam. So if you've been to Medinatul Munawwara, alhamdulillah, if you've been to Holy Ka'bah, your soul is in paradise. Your soul actually then is always at Rauza Sharif. And then you see yourself at Rauza Sharif at the Rauza of Prophet ﷺ.
That means the presence, you take a photo, you can remember the image. and again don't look for extreme detail from your nafs that I'm at Rauza Sharif and that every time I'm making dua I'm going into sujood and say, Ya Seyyidi Ya Rasulul Kareem, Ya are my intercessor and that I'm here at your feet in the presence
of your ra'uza that intercede for me. Ask Allah for me, for this resolution. I want to draw near to you, I want light from you, I want love, all of the things we're asking for, it's there in the package. If you can't see that then you ask for an upgrade, Ya Rabbi grant me an upgrade on my software.
means what? Make darudu sharif, follow what the shaykhs are saying about tafakkur and contemplation. And as you begin to realize that this soul is very powerful because when Allah is allowing the vision of the heart, He's now allowing the soul and you begin to practice that I want to bring my soul out. So, you sit here and say that,
I visualize my soul outside the door of here, just standing out there. Vigilize your soul outside, looking in. And they can begin to fine-tune that, Where they can visualize their soul outside looking in somewhere holy or outside their home. They can visualize their soul down the street because it's not one.
How my soul is going to leave and I'm going to die? No because you don't understand light. So we've given this before we have a laser toy and the head of the laser toy splits it all of a sudden into a hundred beams because the lasers are very powerful. You go all of a sudden a hundred locations, are you limited to one location?
No because your soul is not a kandu or it has a limited source. You're talking about an infinite source of power from the heavens. So, to have your soul here, have your soul there, have your soul there, infinite in its possibility. And the one whom is meditating and contemplating and fine-tuning their ability of their soul,
they can sense with their soul and they found that light communicates at the speed of thought and light. Whatever is happening it's communicating with each other. And then they train, they bring their soul out, they keep their soul in the presence of Prophet ﷺ, they keep the presence of their soul with their shaykh.
And this becomes first level training of vision where then they visualize their shaykh. Again, they don't look for details, I don't see your face. Yeah, but you're not supposed to see the face, you're supposed to visualize. Just like we said, the Ka'bah, the shaykh is in front of you. The shaykh that you've been watching for years, the shaykh is just in front of you.
And that my shaykh is there, I do my urad. They say, you dress me from your light and keep your nazar upon me, I'm nothing. And very simple, very easy. Don't make it complicated because the shaitans are entering, the nafs enters. and make all sorts of wasp wasp' but I don't you don't see the face why he's trying to distract
you from saying you're not seeing it you're not experiencing it or look for this or look for that and it should be very easy that you visualize the shaykh don't ask anything from dunya don't imagine that you're having conversations because that's not the the rules the rule is that I'm And just in your presence, send your faiz and light to me, and I do my awrad and I do
my zikr. And that La ila anta subhanika ina kuntum min al dhalimi. Glory be to Allah, and I'm an oppressor to myself.' If you start to put dunya into this channel, shaitan immediately jumps in. Oh, yeah, it's time for you to go get lottery tickets. I said, what? Because now you're using the channel for dunya and it's not allowed.
This, say that, go tell that person they did this wrong. Go do like they do. That's not it. The whole connection is that I visualize my sheik because it's real and this is the power of my soul and I'm nothing. And I do my zikr, I do my obrad and I ask only send light to my heart. That's it. Don't visualize you receive something and don't hallucinate and then you enter into
the world of hallucinations. Everything has a discipline. Everything from your physical life to spiritual life. Spiritual more, because now you want to develop the door of faith. The door of faith has a strong discipline. I don't need to see the details, I know my soul is right there. If Allah want to give me khashif means what?
You're looking at a polaroid black and white, Allah all of a sudden gave you something full color and immense detail that's up to heavens. Or Allah wants to send you hal , where you're in your tafakkur , you're doing everyday, I'm not expecting anything. As soon as you expect your nafs has entered.
Why do you expect something? You special or you did something? What did you do? You're expecting something. So counter your nafs and say I'm nothing. That glory be to Allah and I am an oppressor, Ya Rabbi. This is I'm a faqeer, ana abdukal ajiz, a ta'eef, a miskin, a zoolim, a jahal. I'm only at this floor like the bug I'm just sitting here.
I'm nothing, I'm nothing. Send me from Your lights and from Your blessings have pity upon my being. saying, if you want to punish me, you punish me, if you want to bless me, you bless me I am your servant. This is what Sayyidina Isa answered to the dialogue with Allah . As much as you keep the discipline of your tafakkur and spiritual realm and like a horse,
you keep it very tamed because shaitan is going to come in to make it to be wild, visualize this see this request this then it goes like a wild horse in a satanic realm and that becomes the reality. I'm nothing I'm nothing I visualize the presence of my shaykh I do my overall send your faiz upon me and that I'm just the moon if you shine upon me lights will come
and if not I continue with my overall continue with my zikr and they do this and they do this and they do this and then that heart becomes stronger as it's more polished. As a result of being polished and polished and polished their hearts are shining from that reality. And as a result as their visions and ability increases they don't need to close their
eyes they can cast it right into the area of where they are. They cast a vision, they can train themselves to block out everybody and anything and the image will begin to appear for them where it has to appear. So at first you train yourself to close everything to bring the image of your heart as you train,
as you train, as you train you can close out the room and bring the image that's necessary to make the faiz and the connection. We pray that Allah give us a greater understanding, and everything has a discipline and a training. If you do dhikr out loud you go la ilaha illallah, la ilaha illallah,
la ilai lallahu la ilai lallahu. Now He said do your zikr khafi. Most people can't. How do you pull the next la ilai lallahu la ilai lallahu, la ilai lallahu because it requires a training to move your heart. So, even in the tafakkur of zikr that you go So it's out loud, la ilana Allah, la ilana Allah, la ilana Allah, la ilana Allah.
When you want to train to a khafi zikr then you're going to put your tongue up and your tasbih will be your tongue. No train. InshaAllah. Bi Hurmati Muhammad al-Mustafa bi siri Surat al-Fatiha. InshaAllah we see everybody, is there tomorrow night? it's Friday night. Yeah, tomorrow night, inshallah.
